The staff was accommodating & amicable, and helped us with directions. Location: the hotel was not far from market, many local food spots and the downtown area and most of the amenities. Downtown Eugene district was worth staying in.

Got a room with a comfy queen bed just like I expected. Really liked it. The room was spacious, had carpet, and had smoke detectors for safety. 🛏️

Very conveniently located near Hult Center (walking distance), Matt Knight arena, downtown Eugene and two shopping malls within 15-minute drive (or less). Free wi-fi was great! The room was very clean and the office staff were quite pleasant.
Room was somewhat smaller than expected.

The location was excellent as we were going to see Riverdance at the Hult center which was 2 blocks away. Once we arrived and parked we did not get back in the car till it was time to leave Eugene. Within a 3 block radius there was a wonderful family restauant where we had an excellent breakfast, a nice, safe, bar/diner where we went after the show. The room was clean, the shower worked, the beds were comfortable, lots of pillows:) Yes, I would definetly stay there again. One word of warning for people who are not used to driving in heavy, fast moving traffic. Do not take the exit that is closest to the Motel, drive around till you find an easier one.

The price is good (except on U of O football weekends (!). The rooms have a small refrigerator and a microwave. The location is good for my needs.
My mattress is not the comfort and quality that I would like. When I stay here (for business) I always have an ache on my left side. That area hurts, and I have just realized that this is the case... My ache on my left side (mid-back) now stays with me longer after I have stopped sleeping on this mattress at Courtesy Inn...
